These Terms of Service govern your use of Archivault ("the platform"), operated by Archivault (contact: hello@archivault.in). By accessing or using Archivault, you agree to these terms.
Archivault is a client relationship management platform for architecture and interior design firms. It provides project management, approval tracking, material management, budget visibility, and client portal functionality.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login with others or allow unauthorised access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by team members you add to your organisation.
You agree to use Archivault only for lawful purposes related to managing architecture and design projects. You must not:
You own the data you input into Archivault, including project information, uploaded files, and client details. You grant Archivault a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any files or information you add to the platform, including client information and third-party design assets.
When you invite a client to a project, you are responsible for ensuring that client has consented to their information being processed on the platform. Clients you invite are subject to these terms when they create an account.
Access to Archivault is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing and payment terms are agreed at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
We aim to provide reliable, continuous access to the platform but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.
Archivault and its underlying technology, design, and content are owned by Archivault. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Archivault is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
